Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated based on your order and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Merunio order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, beauty products, intimates, jewelry, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at jalonalemen1@gmail.com as soon as possible and include photos of the issue. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

To request a return, please contact us at jalonalemen1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
